Great app for tracking baby stats

The app is easy to use. I like that you can share with a spouse or another user on multiple devices

Almost good!

I really like the diaper and feeding tracker, but I wish that it would organize the info into a chart for me and compare it with national averages with babies that compare to mine.-i.e.-my child was one month premature. It would be nice to have a chart that showed me milestones/feeding amounts/weights/heights compared to other preterm babies as well as term babies. Like the info and tips!

Pretty helpful

I have tried so many baby tracker apps. This one is my favorite because its super easy for grandparents and other caregivers to record stuff on their phones. There is one thing I dont like about this app. When you go to record nursing, I wish it told you what side you did last. It should do that on the Apple Watch as well. I am really bad at remembering what side my baby nursed on last, so I have to go to the daily totals (which isnt even available on the Apple Watch) to see what side she nursed on last. A lot of the other apps show your last nursing record when you are recording a new one.

Helpful

Overall its helpful!! Must have when u have a baby .

User friendly

Not only am I a first time mom but being an RN I worry about every little thing. This app helped me track feedings, diapers, growth and provided lots of resources and information. I love that I can put notes into every entry and my husband is linked in as a contributor so nothing gets missed. Well designed to be user friendly and personalized.

AMAZING APP!!

Very informative and fun!

Very informative

Gives week by week updates and information on how to care for your newborn. Perfect for me, a first time mother.

Great free app with Apple Watch access

This is a great app which also offers free access from Apple Watch. This made the baby tracking much easier. When Im handling a baby, I dont have to carry my phone with me all the time especially when womens clothes are built with no pockets somehow. I used to forget to use the other famous baby tracker app all the time. Now Im switching to use this.

Nice App

The app is user friendly and I love the constant updates weekly on how my baby should progress and the tips of things to watch out for. Thanks for the help!

5-star app gets 4-stars due to recent, invasive ad placement, otherwise its great!

I just wrote a full review for WebMD Baby. My title was longer than 100 characters so it told me to make it shorter. After acknowledging the prompt, instead of taking me back to the review screen where I could adjust my title length, some genius programmers code deleted my entire review and returned me to the app summary screen. So now Im especially irritated and this review will probably not be as well written as the last. I knew I should have copied the text... oh well. The whole reason I decided to write a review today about this app is due to the fact Web MD, as of today, decided to inject invasive and inappropriate ads into the logging screens! In my last review I went on in length about all of the features, how great it is to use, how its the only app me and my wife use to record the feedings and growth of our daughter, how it has a growth tracker/baby book, how it has a plethora of WebMD articles directly related to your babys age/developmental stage, and how you can sync the app between users with collaboration. Im going to skip all that this time and just stick to the reason why Im writing this in the first place. Today I went into the app to log a bottle feeding for my daughter and to my dismay the entire screen moved and an invasive ad popped up at the bottom of the log screen. The same screen where I type the time of feeding and amount of milk there was this pointless add, I could not believe it. At that point I went into the settings to look for a remove ads feature to no avail. Even if I had to pay a dollar for it, this app is definitely worth it. There is no way to remove these terrible ads placed by some fool at WebMD. This is a 5-star app that I have to reluctantly give 4-stars because someone majorly dropped the ball. Logging breast/bottle-feedings and growth of your baby is a very private and intimate family affair. To have meaningless ads invading that space ruins the entire appeal of using a digital log book. The shock to me is tenfold because Ive been using this app for almost 6 months without the ads. Someone new might not notice it as much, but I have to say it takes much value away from WebMD Baby. Im going to send an email to WebMD Support concerning this because my wife and I have far too much data stored in this app to possibly switch to another. We shouldnt have to even consider giving up a perfectly fantastic program which has worked 100% up to this point because of stupid advertisements, injected in the wrong place, by someone who really doesnt understand how or why this app is used. If they fix this issue then I will definitely update my rating to 5-stars. On that assumption, this is definitely the app you want to use for all of your baby data journaling needs. Nothing could make it easier or more appealing. Its too bad they threw a rotten egg right into it. People who have been using the app would gladly pay $.99 to keep using it ad-free. WebMD will have a much greater return on that then could ever be expected from invasive and intrusive ads. Just some food for thought. Thanks for reading!

Update inserted annoying ads

Wow I use this app all the time for documenting nursing and naps. Well just today an annoying pop up ad comes from the bottom of the screen and blocks the time when trying to submit entries. It also pops up when youre right about to click on start, resulting in constant taps of the ad and relocations to that ads page. Im extremely annoyed and frustrated already and it just started. Definitely going to drop this app ASAP if it keeps happening!!!!

Diminishing returns

This app has proved, with time, to be an exercise in increasing frustration coupled with diminishing returns. To begin, it periodically resets itself to its introductory screen, often just before youre about to log an event. Then, when the latest Watch OS came out, it stopped working there. Now, it loads banner ads which often obscure the pickers when youre trying to enter amounts of food consumed. WebMD needs to do some studying of the UX on this app. It began as somewhat tolerable. It has become considerably more exasperating since then. I dont recommend it.

Used to be good

The placement of the new ads makes it very difficult to use the app now

Buttons on bottom disappear and it tricks you into clicking on ads

There is a glitch in this app where the buttons on the bottom (home, baby 101, trackers, etc) disappear. Its just a blank white bar. I have to close out of the app completely and open it again to get them back. This is not fun when I have a crying baby and Im trying to get the tracker open to remember which side I need to start with. Also, once you select "left" or "right" on the nursing tracker, the "start" button shifts up and an ad pops up in its place, Ive been tricked into tapping the ad so many times because of this. The timing is too perfect to be a coincidence. This is also frustrating when Im trying to get an accurate timing of my nursing session and now have to close out of an ad. I also wish it would let you track nursing sessions instead of just sides. Sometimes my baby nurses from just one side, sometimes I do both sides and put him back on the original side. Itd be nice to group them into "sessions" so I could easily see how many nursing sessions Ive done instead of just a list of "left" or "right."

Used to love this app but..

The advertisement placement is getting in the way of the app functionality. I constantly "accidentally" hit the ads in the tracker because they are placed in the worst spot. No, I dont care to learn more about Lysol, Im just trying to track my breastfeeding session. Its really annoying and theres no ability to opt out of ads. Ugh.

Helps my new mommy brain, keeps me on track!

Ive been using this app for a while now because of how wonderful it is, helps me remember with my new mommy brain. But just recently it has become frustrating...There is a new advertisement for Lysol on the bottom and it really interferes with the timer for sleeping and pretty much all of it. Its so frustrating, especially at 2 AM while doing a morning feeding in the dark with the baby in my arms. I rave about this app to all my new mommy friends, but now Im not so sure because of this new advertisement. PLEASE MAKE IT GO AWAY!

Would be 5 stars minus the ads

My wife and I use this app every day. Its a great way to track our kids day. Having said that, the new ads at the bottom are awful. Half the time they block the section where we amend the start and end times. Really annoying.

Ads have ruined the app

This was a GREAT app for tracking all things with our baby... then, they bottom bar of ads happened, and the app became a total nightmare. Now, every time I attempt to manually enter anything with a scroll wheel, the ad covers 1/2 the wheel and Im left guessing. With no way to pay for ad-free, Im left looking for an alternative.

Works but wish there was more

This seems to be the best tracker app (with great WebMD information backed in) that I could find with a reliable watch companion app. The others I have tried (sleepbaby) which were paid apps did not deliver properly on the watch side (glitchy). Back to WebMD Baby. It works! The features it does has work well and allow for manual evaluation of the input data. Which leads me to my main complaint. There is minimal summary data and no charting. Lastly, there is one annoyance with the watch app that I hope they reconsider. They have decided that it is beneficial to reorder the tracker list based on last used. This makes muscle memory impossible and midnight tracking difficult. Without these features added/fixed the app will remain in the sub 3-5 star rating.

Fantastic app!

Using this app as a first time mom was amazing, and now the second time around, its just as fantastic. I love keeping track of his sleeping, and feedings, and then having it archived to check throughout the day. The articles are wonderful and so very helpful. Wonderful app, and it is free! Doesnt get better than that.
